Why is SMI needed?
There is an obvious leadership resource shortage around the world for the equipping of the church, SMI has a heart to be a resource in a variety of ways. (see values, objectives, activities, priorities)
It is our experience that many churches and church leaders are alone in the struggle of building the Lord's church, that they often have little or no place to turn for help and encouragement.
"The harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few; therefore beseech the Lord of the harvest to send out labors into His harvest"
